Bodie's hat trick lifts Toronto over Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 4-3

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - Troy Bodie registered a hat trick to lift the Toronto Marlies over the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 4-3 on Saturday in the American Hockey League.

Brendan Mikkelson also scored for Toronto, which moved to 13-11-5 with the win.

Ben Lovejoy, Dustin Jeffrey and Tim Wallace countered for the Penguins.

Bodie scored in each period and now has eight goals on the season.

Adam Munro was solid in net for the Marlies with a 33-save performance on 36 shots.

Curry, John stopped 24 of 28 shots for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (14-14-2).

Both team went 0-for-5 on the power play.
