Brayden Schenn leads Los Angeles Kings over Anaheim Ducks 4-1

LOS ANGELES - Brayden Schenn, Los Angeles' No. 1 draft pick, scored his first two goals of the pre-season and Ryan Smyth also had a goal to lead the Kings to a 4-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday night.

Schenn, the fifth overall selection in the draft, is the brother of last year's fifth overall pick - Toronto defenceman Luke Schenn. The Kings' 18-year-old centre spent the previous two seasons with the Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL, scoring 32 goals in 2008-09.

Rookie Jonathan Bernier made 19 saves after being staked to a 3-0 lead.
