The New York Rangers and restricted free agent center Brandon Dubinsky have agreed on a two-year, $3.7 million deal.
Dubinsky, who has earned accolades for his strong two-way game, scored 13 goals and 41 points in 82 games for the Rangers last season. The 23-year-old native of Anchorage, Alaska was a second round pick of New York’s in the 2004 draft.
Dubinsky will enter his third full season with the Rangers with the potential to line up on the top unit with newly-acquired right winger Marian Gaborik.
