Phoenix Coyotes sign left winger Taylor Pyatt

GLENDALE, Ariz. - The Phoenix Coyotes have signed left-winger Taylor Pyatt to a one-year contract.

The 28-year-old Pyatt scored 10 goals and added nine assists with 43 penalty minutes in 69 games with the Vancouver Canucks last season, and he also appeared in four playoff games for the Canucks.

The six-foot-four, 230-pound Pyatt has 91 goals and 100 assists with 315 penalty minutes in 532 career NHL games with Vancouver, Buffalo and the New York Islanders.
