The 2008-09 NHL season has been hard for Ottawa Senators fans like myself.
Falling short of the playoffs this year was a tough pill to swallow, but I'd like to say thanks to my Sens for not giving up, even when things weren't looking so hot.
A lot of people were saying the Sens should tank so they could get a higher pick in the draft, but instead they picked up their game under coach new coach Cory Clouston and played their best hockey all year.
These last games for Ottawa have been so much fun to watch and have me really looking forward to next season.
So, thanks for a great finish to the season and best of luck next year.
Go Sens Go!
