Don't forget Conklin is a UFA, too

The free agent goalie talks usually center around three goalies: Cristobal Huet, Jose Theodore and Dan Ellis. But what about Ty Conklin?

Conklin was one of the biggest reasons Pittsburgh stayed in it through the injury of Marc-Andre Fleury and proved he could be quite successful at a high level.

Now, he may not have played enough games as a Pen to be a hot commodity in the open market, but I am sure some team has really looked closely at Conklin's stats this season.

He could be a high risk/high reward goalie for a team that has "goalie issues."
