Watch the new, brilliant Stanley Cup commercial that is sure to give you goose bumps

The NHL is back with yet another amazing, chill-inducing Stanley Cup final commercial, this time based around the names engraved into the sport’s biggest prize. Like ‘History Will Be Made’ and ‘No Words,’ the new spot, titled ‘Name,’ will be one of the best things you’ve seen all year.

Report: Vladimir Sobotka to stay with KHL’s Avangard Omsk next season

Vladimir Sobotka will be spending at least one more season in the KHL, according to a report from Avangard Omsk’s official website. Sobotka had an out-clause on the three-year deal he signed with Omsk in 2013-14, but the club president said in a release that Sobotka would stay in the KHL next season.

A concussion suffered in January is still hindering Johan Franzen’s ability to get back on the ice. Franzen, 35, has a history of concussions and has suffered setbacks while trying to get back into the Red Wings lineup, but GM Ken Holland is hopeful ‘The Mule’ can play in 2015-16.

Senators’ AHL coach Luke Richardson not likely to move this off-season

Luke Richardson has been talked about as an NHL coaching prospect over the past three seasons, but has yet to make the jump from the AHL.
